Okay, so, reading up on previous cycle trip blogs, I thought it'd be an idea to start one for our France trip this year.
I've added us all as contributors, so we can all write to it. And I'll probably add public commenting, so our dearly beloved wives can follow our progress and send encouraging (or chastising) comments!
Thanks for setting up the blog Andy, good idea. I'm happy to cycle the 30Kms when we get there, would be good to stretch the legs after 10hrs of sitting, but we would only have around 2hrs to do it in before it got dark, so perhaps it's not the best idea.
I reckon Sar will be able to take us up to london(she'll do anything for chocolate). We should fit the bikes in between the boot and the roof. That just means you all have to stay over, or be dropped off earlier by your respectives.
The route looks great, but I'm afraid I can't contribute to the winery list not being particularly clued up such cultural things.
